Are your products really handmade?

Yes, absolutely. Every single product at ArabianTrove is handmade from start to finish in our family workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan. We personally select the raw materials, design, cut, hand-sew, polish, and package each piece ourselves.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We love custom orders. You can request a custom size, color, design, or even a completely unique piece. Simply contact us with your requirements and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

What materials do you use?

We use only the finest quality leather, fur, and suede sourced responsibly. Our materials are carefully selected to ensure durability, comfort, and a beautiful finish that improves with age.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Since all our products are handmade to order, production typically takes 10–14 days. We’ll notify you when your order has shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to all countries. Every order is sent with a tracking number and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination, but typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
