Not every piece of leather is the same. The leather for your order is selected by hand — examined for texture, grain, consistency, and suitability. Only the pieces that meet the standard for the finished product are set aside to become your footwear.

Preparing the Foundation
Once the leather is selected, each component is carefully cut with precision using professional workshop tools. Every piece is measured and prepared to the exact specification required. The quality of the cut directly shapes the quality of what comes next.
Step 05 — Designing the Shoe
The Shoe Takes Shape
With the components prepared, the design begins to take form. Pattern references, component layouts, and construction details are arranged and confirmed before the shoe is assembled. Every pair is built with intention — no step is rushed.
Step 06 — Crafting & Assembly
Brought Together by Hand
The individual components are carefully brought together to form the structure of the shoe. Each part is positioned and attached with attention to how they will hold and perform over time. This is where individual pieces become one unified piece of footwear.

Stitching is one of the defining marks of a well-made shoe. Each stitch is placed carefully and consistently — not simply to hold the leather together, but because the quality of the stitching contributes directly to the overall finish and how the shoe wears over time.

Once assembled, the shoe is carefully checked for its shape and structure. The silhouette, the fit, and the overall form are assessed before the shoe moves any further. A shoe that does not sit right at this stage is corrected — because the final fit is not negotiable.

Inspected Before It Moves Forward
Before the shoe reaches its final finishing, it is examined carefully — the leather surface, stitching, sole edges, construction joints, and overall presentation are each reviewed. If anything does not meet the standard, it is addressed here, not after.

This is where the shoe receives its final preparation — conditioning, edge finishing, and careful surface treatment that brings out the character of the leather. The result is a shoe that looks and feels ready to be worn from the first moment.

The Pair, Together
The finished shoes are placed together and checked as a pair. Both shoes are compared for consistency — in finish, in shape, in symmetry. Only when they are confirmed as a matched, finished pair does your order move to packaging.

After the final inspection, your footwear is carefully packed to protect the leather and the finish during transit. The packaging is handled with the same care as the shoes inside it — because your order should arrive exactly as it left our workshop.

Once the order has passed all checks and is securely packed, it is prepared for dispatch. From this point, your footwear begins the final stage of its journey — from our workshop to wherever you are in the world.
