At ArabianTrove, every product is handmade to order with love and care. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

Since all our items are handmade to order, please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping

Worldwide Shipping: We ship to all countries.
Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number for full visibility.
Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We strive to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is handmade to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all details (size, color, design) are confirmed before we start crafting your piece.
