HOW TO MEASURE
Measure around the ball of your foot.
Width is based on the circumference around the widest part of your forefoot — not simply the distance from one side to the other.

Stand naturally
Measure while standing so your foot carries normal body weight.

Find the widest point
Locate the ball of your foot, just behind your toes.

Wrap the tape around
Use a soft measuring tape around the entire ball of your foot without pulling it tight.

Measure both feet
If your feet differ, use the measurement from the larger foot.
